napi4 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below:

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on napi4, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. napi4 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products. Any Member found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to operate a financial account in your own name.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether individually or in coordination with others — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or on any other gambling platform where such exclusion extends to napi4.
• Not an napi4 Employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of individuals employed by napi4 or its technology partners are not eligible to hold a Member Account.

3 Account Registration

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process on the Platform by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate at all times.

napi4 reserves the right to verify the identity of all Members at any stage, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when a Member's activity triggers an internal review. Verification (KYC) may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian National ID — KTP — or passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (front image of bank card, screenshot of e-wallet account)
• A selfie or video verification as directed by the napi4 compliance team

Failure to provide the requested documentation within the timeframe specified by napi4 may result in Account suspension. napi4 will not process withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed KYC verification.

By registering, you consent to napi4 storing, processing, and using your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on napi4 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000 per transaction (method-specific minimums may apply).
• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• napi4 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges.
• Deposit funds are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by method and are typically instant for e-wallet transfers and within two hours for bank transfers.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the napi4 Account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• All Bonus Funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will not be released for withdrawal.
• napi4 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business hours during operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for the next available processing window.
• napi4 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal of Rp 10.000.000 or above.
• Withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for the most recent deposit may be declined or subject to additional verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

napi4 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns for eligible Members. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment account, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered at the multiple specified in the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal is permitted. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Wagering contributions from different game types may vary. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute between 10% and 50%; certain game types may contribute 0%.
• napi4 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings if it determines that a Member has abused the promotion or violated these Terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple Accounts or falsified identity documents, will be forfeited and the Member's Account permanently closed.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — such as Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — are subject to the specific terms published with those promotions.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the napi4 platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery — and sabung ayam — live cockfighting markets) are detailed within each respective product section of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. napi4 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet, except where permitted by in-play cash-out functionality where available.
• napi4 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by a technical error, data-feed failure, or human error that resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being displayed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per product and are displayed within each respective game or market. napi4 reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual Members at any time.
• For sportsbook markets — including bandar bola (local football dealer format), mix parlay (multi-event accumulator), and standard single/double markets — settlement is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI, etc.).
• In the event of a disputed result or an event being abandoned or voided, napi4 will apply the settlement rules of the relevant product section. As a general rule, void markets return the stake to the Member's Account Balance.
• napi4 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all non-live-dealer games. RNG certification is conducted by independent auditing bodies, and results cannot be influenced by any party.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Notify napi4 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

napi4 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from napi4 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

napi4 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all pages and transactions. While we take all reasonable technical precautions to protect Account data, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all conceivable threats, and Members are encouraged to practice good personal security hygiene.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the napi4 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using another person's identity or payment details to register or fund an Account.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a software error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity and subsequently withdrawing them.
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's responsible gaming tools or KYC verification processes.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Any conduct that napi4 determines, in its sole discretion, to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward Platform staff or other Members.

9 Responsible Gaming

napi4 is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. We offer a suite of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, all accessible from within the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from future re-registration for a minimum of six months.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the napi4 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the property of napi4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of napi4.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, napi4 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond napi4's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game outcomes, or market results caused by a third-party data provider error, provided that napi4 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any actions taken by napi4 in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including the suspension or termination of an Account following a suspected breach.

Nothing in these Terms limits napi4's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

napi4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Use of prohibited software or exploitation of Platform errors.
• Where required by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

In the event of Account closure due to a Member's breach of these Terms, napi4 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Balance pending investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimately accrued and not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Member via the payment method on record within 14 business days of the investigation's conclusion.

Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting live chat support or emailing [email protected]. All confirmed Balance will be returned less any applicable pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which napi4 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body specified in napi4's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits a Member's rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in Indonesia.

14 Amendments

napi4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where a change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal policies or wagering requirement structures — napi4 will provide reasonable notice to Members via the email address registered to their Account and/or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure and return of eligible Balance.

napi4 endeavors to acknowledge all written complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days. Complex matters involving financial disputes or regulatory referrals may require additional time; affected Members will be kept informed throughout the process.
